MANZINI – When the Tuff One race was inaugurated, young Iminathi Ngcamphalala was born.

In its 10 years, 10-year-old Iminathi has run the 10km event five times. Iminathi is the daughter of retired elite football referee Elphas Ngcamphalala and she is a constant feature in other races, having been spotted at events like the FSRA and Buy Cash running competitions.
The Phocweni Primary pupil says she is encouraged by her parents to run and is enjoying it.

“I’m happy to have competed in the 10km race for the fifth time and I will be doing more races in the future,” the youngster said.
Tuff One, a half marathon race organised by Golden Foot Club, celebrated its 10th anniversary during Saturday’s event.

Iminathi was presented with a special trophy for her achievement by Swaziland National Sports and Recreation Council CEO Darius Dlomo.
