MBABANE – After ending Young Buffaloes’ 16 games unbeaten run, Manzini Wanderers coach Nyanga ‘Crooks’ Hlophe has warned his players against complacency.

The hub giants managed to beat the army side 1-0 at Somhlolo National Stadium two days ago in the MTN Premier League match.
The Weslians got the winner through their captain Lwazi ‘Shana’Maziya who headed home with a glancing header from a Sicelo ‘Junior’ Simelane cross in the in the 61st minute.

“This was the sweetest ever and I am very happy about it. My boys played according to tactics. The plan was to park the bus and catch them with a counter attack and gladly they did it and we got the maximum points. However, we should not grow big heads lest we lose to small teams,” Hlophe said.
He further said they would use this win as a preparation for their next game with Green Mamba against whom they lost 1-5 in the first round.

“Look, they beat us with a big score in the first round and we have to make amends this time around. We respect them but that does not mean we have to relax when we play them. We just need to win,” Hlophe said.
