WE LIKE THEM BIG – MILLING COACH
MBABANE – Milling Hotspurs Coach Xolani Sigudla says facing another giant in Mbabane Highlanders does not make his troops’ blood run cold.
The National First Division side caused the biggest upset of the Ingwenyama Cup by beating Matsapha United by 4-3 after penalties in the first round of the tournament last Saturday. Hotspurs meet Highlanders in a last 16 showdown at King Sobhuza II Memorial Stadium in Nhlangano tomorrow at 3:30pm.
Sigudla said there was nothing special about the opposition, as they would be treated like Matsapha United.
“It’s a good draw for us. To us there is no difference between this game and the first one. We like them big.
“We eye to at least reach the quarter-finals. All our players are available and they are looking forward to the game,” said Sigudla.
Hotspurs are one of five teams from the country’s football second-tier that are still in the tournament. Others are Hlatikulu Tycoons, Mbabane Citizens, Madlenya and Tinyosi. The latter face Manzini Wanderers at Mayaluka Stadium in Big Bend on Sunday at 3:30pm.
