MBABANE – “We respect Young Buffaloes but we won’t allow them to beat us.”

These were comments made by Vovovo coach Musa Mamba, after seeing his side beat Malanti Chiefs 3-1 on Wednesday night at Somhlolo National Stadium.

“We are playing Young Buffaloes this weekend and we know they are a good side. We respect them but we won’t make it easy for them. We will do everything possible to get the maximum points,” Mamba said.

He further said that he was happy that his team was gradually improving their game but hinted that they need aggression.
“You see, the team is good but we need to be hungrier when approaching elite league games. I need to instil that aggression when we play and I am positive once they get to that level, they will gel,” he said.

He also hailed Mohammed Sabella who banged in a hat-trick.
“I am happy he scored three goals and we got the three much needed points, we do hope he will be consistent,” he added.

Meanwhile, Chiefs’ coach Christopher Tembo said he was disappointed with   his team. “Our defence was pathetic and it is the main reason we conceded those three goals. The whole team did not come to the party. We have a lot of work to do when we face Green Mamba this weekend,” Tembo said.
