MBABANE – Elite league rookies, Vovovo have finally found Caleb Ngwenya’s replacement in former National Under-20 head coach, Musa Mamba.

Mamba replaces Ngwenya, who left the team a month ago, and was unveiled by Vovovo FC Director Sipho Bhembe yesterday at the team’s training at Motjane Sports Ground. Mamba’s first assignment will be against Moneni Pirates on Sunday at Somhlolo National Stadium.

“Musa Mamba is the new coach and we believe he will save the team from relegation. We do not want to put him under pressure by coming with unrealistic goals; we just want him to help us sustain our elite league status. We have engaged him until the end of the season,” Bhembe said.

He further said they had chosen Mamba because he had experience and qualifications necessary for the elite league football.
“He has coached Hellenic, Mbabane Highlanders and has also been involved at National team level. We trust he will do a good job. He will be assisted by Bongani Khoza, George Kawa and Giggs Mdluli. We believe they will work together for the betterment of the team,” he said.
