MBABANE – The storm is finally over between Royal Leopard and Mbabane Midas City over players.
The two premier league sides have reached an amicable decision on the transfer of Linda Msibi, Melusi Dlamini, Bruce Seyama and Buhle Msibi.

The latter two are part of the Royal Swaziland Police recruits who are undergoing training at the Matsapha Police College and were last season part of the Midas City side that finished eighth in the MTN Premier League log table.

Leopards have shown interest in them, but the two teams were not agreeing on their transfer terms until this week where they eventually reached an agreement.

The status quo now would see Linda Msibi and Melusi Dlamini returning to Midas City for the game against Mbabane Highlanders, after they were recalled by the police team which had loaned them to Midas City.

Available

As the storm finally settled, the duo, according to Midas City Secretary to directors Bongani ‘Bhanyaza’ Mdluli, will be available for selection for coach Artwell Dludlu on Saturday.

“We had fruitful talks with Royal Leopard over the players, and we can now announce that Bruce and Buhle have been cleared to Leopard, while Linda and Melusi return to us for the weekend game,” he said.

He thanked Leopard’s chairman Mxolisi Dlamini for the cooperation during the talks and said they were as a team, not trying to frustrate anyone.
