UNISWA BEAT MNZ. A 3-1 IN SQUASH LEAGUE

MBABANE – UNISWA are back contesting in the title race again.


This comes after they beat Manzini A 3-1 during the United Squash Health Insurance League match played at the University of Swaziland Sports Emporium on Wednesday night.
The win for UNISWA increased their chances of winning the E40 000 sponsored league as they are now on 34 points after 10 games. Table toppers Ezulwini B maintained their position despite getting a bye; they are on 35.5 points after 10 games.


The negative results for the Manzini A side was not good news as upcoming Ezulwini A beat Mbabane 3-1 to pile more pressure on Manzini A. Ezulwini A are perched on the six spot with 24.5 points , a point behind Manzini A who are on position five.


It never rains but pours for Pigg’s Peak as they suffered their 10th consecutive lose at the hands of the fast improving Manzini B where they lost 0-4. The league Assistant Coordinator Reuben Nxumalo said the league was competitive and they were happy with the performance of the teams.
