A number of activities which were performed on the day included, cleaning of a Pigsty, weeding of a vegetable garden and also a donation of clothing to the orphanage.

The PS from the Ministry of ICT, Bhekithemba Gama was also present on behalf of the Minister of ICT.
Gama took part in all activities which were performed on the day.

He applauded the great work that the orphanage centre was doing, because it ensured that every child had shelter, food, clothing and a decent education as children are the future of this country.

In 2015, the centre looked after 84 orphans and that number has grown to 218 to date.

A share of those orphans have graduated from university while some are still enrolled.
The SwaziTelecom Charity Cup would like to thank everyone who came and supported the initiative  and would like to invite you all to the next community project, which will be at, Ntontozi on August 12, 2017, where there will be a construction of a soup kitchen a classroom and a pit latrine.
