ULUNDI – Mbabane Swallows look set to lose one of their most prized assets.

Congolese anchorman Papy Kabamba Tshitshimbi has successfully undergone a medical with Tanzanian Premier League defending champions Young Africans Tigers, coached by Zambian tactician George Lwandamina. The team is currently in camp in Marogoro outside the capital city Dares Salaam.
The player is in the East African country already and has reportedly agreed personal terms with a transfer fee set to be negotiated by the two sides in the next coming days.
As a result, the last season’s Coaches Best Player choice, alongside teammate Sabelo ‘Sikhali’ Ndzinisa, is not part of the 25 players who are in Ulundi, KwaZulu Natal for the Prince Mangosuthu Buthelezi Legacy Cup scheduled for this morning.

Swallows play the second semi-final against Amazulu who have confirmed purchase of Thanda Royal Zulu to return in the money spinning Premier Soccer League (PSL) in this one-day tournament in a 11am kick-off.
Preceding the match will be Bloemfontein Celtics versus Ulundi Pick Team with the finals slated for a 4pm kick-off.
Young Africans have been keenly watching Papy’s progress having had a glimpse of the Democratic Republic of Congo-born man in Swallows Total CAF Confederation Cup clash against fellow Tanzanian top flight side Azam early this year.

Swallows General Manager Sandile ‘Beyond 2000’ Zwane confirmed the player was in Tanzania to undergo a medical but referred finer details of the move to team boss Victor ‘Maradona’ Gamedze who was expected here late last evening.
‘Now that you are asking I can confirm that he is in Tanzania for a medical but issues of players’ transfers are handled by the managing director,”  Zwane said.
Papy has been a pillar of strength in the Swallows midfield, forging good understanding with Njabulo ‘D4D’ Ndlovu and Banele ‘Pupu’ Sikhondze, having joined the ‘nest’ two seasons ago.
Information sourced from Tanzania online publication Daily Mail disclosed that Pappy will be joining a long list of new signings comprising  Serengeti Boys goalkeeper, Ramadhani Kabwili, Ibrahim Ajib, Gadiel Michael, Pius Buswita, Abdallah Haji Shaibu, Youthe Rostand and other new faces will be unveiled on the match.
