On July 15, 2017, the Swazi Telecom Charity Cup team along with their valued stakeholders, the Ministry of Sports, Culture and Youth Affairs, PLS, soccer players and the general public, visited Hope House Care Centre in Manzini, where a number of charity activities were performed in an effort to help the center achieve its vision to offer the Swazi nation a sanctuary and peace of mind in their hour of need, by striving to alleviate the pain and suffering of those living with a terminal illnesses, and assisting them to lead comfortable and productive lives to the fullest extent possible.

The Hope House Care Centre is a residential hospice center that provides HIV and AIDS support programmes and is a part of Caritas Swaziland.
HIV/ AIDS clients & all terminally ill people, regardless of their religious affiliation, race, nationality, or age are able to utilise the services and facilities of Hope House.
It is the only known center of its kind in Swaziland and Caritas Swaziland is the only known organisation within the country that provides the full range of HIV and AIDS interventions from prevention and impact mitigation through palliative care.

In 2016, The SwaziTelecom Charity Cup adopted ‘House K’ at the Hope House Care Centre. House K was adopted so that SPTC employees could have warm, comfortable and therapeutic accommodation whenever they fall ill and need professional assistance from Hope House. Even though the house is used by SPTC employees, the general public is also welcome to use the facility.

The SwaziTelecom Charity Cup further donated a significant amount to Hope House for the purchase of physiotherapy equipment, which would be used by the patients in their rehabilitation programmes provided at the center.
