MBABANE – The nation’s pride have been given all the reason to beat Tunisia at home next March after the latter shot to the summit after Sunday night’s Group J win over Egypt – dislodging Pieter De Jongh’s troops to second.

Tunisia are now atop the group after just one match of the Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) Cup 2019 Qualifiers. Before this match, Swaziland’s Sihlangu had been at the summit with just a point gained from the away match against Niger last Saturday evening.

The latest result means Sihlangu, who host Tunisia on March 27, next year, must win the match at all costs to take coach Pieter De Jongh’s targeted 11 points to four and further regain the top spot depending on results between Niger and Egypt.

Niger are third in the group with a point while Egypt are at the basement with no point and will look to make up against Niger and Swaziland, who they once thrashed 10-0 in an international friendly in their own backyard.
