MANZINI – The final SwaziBank Cup trophy parade was on another level.  Members of the public got the last chance to see the glittering trophy yesterday ahead of the stop at Somhlolo National Stadium, for the decider between Matsapha United and Young Buffaloes tomorrow.  The trophy was paraded by Miss Tourism Swaziland, Nadia Nascimento, in Matsapha and the two major cities, Mbabane and Manzini.

Accompanied by His Majesty’s Correctional Services band, the marchers first strolled in Manzini town before moving to Mathangeni in Matsapha. The final stop was at the capital city.
Matsapha United were led by their vibrant acting CEO Victor ‘Mavikane’ Dlamini. His equally animated colleague from Young Buffaloes, Sandile Gwebu could also not miss out.
They mingled without a problem.

Gwebu turned heads as his car was partly covered with some of the team’s jerseys during the parade.
Under-20s finalists, Royal Leopard and Manzini Sundowns were also represented by some players and officials who included the security forces side’s PRO, Frank Hurube.

Meanwhile, the main final will get underway at 3:30pm, while the Under-20s’ showdown will be three hours earlier. Entrance to the festivities to be coupled with performances from South Africa’s legendary Kwaito artist, Mdu Masilela and local gospel heavyweight Nduduzo Matse will be only E40.
