MBABANE – Matsapha United have to shrug off the euphoria of the last 16 big win over champions Mbabane Swallows when they welcome neighbours Manzini Sundowns this afternoon.

Undoubtedly the match of the day; it is a repeat of the Ingwenyama Cup last 16 showdown, which was won by Sundowns by a solitary goal over three months ago.
The Saul Chaminuka-led Matsapha boasting the highly-rated quartet of midfielders, Vusimuzi Zungu and Menzi Mamba, as well as forward John Neguyani and speedy winger Thabiso Mdluli, will be eager to stretch their winning streak in all competitions to 10.

The National First Division League log leaders proved that they were a big fish in small pond by winning promotion to the big stage with three matches to spare.
However, Sundowns, who are in chase of their first final appearance in about 13 years, will be no easy customers. They also have enough ammunition in their arsenal to go all the way.

The likes of DR Congo-born Kingu Pemba, and forward Justice Figureido are no ordinary players. Time will tell if the travelling side will cross the ‘deep blue ocean’ again.
