MBABANE – PLS CEO John Mazibuko’s contract is up with the organisation.
In fact, Mazibuko is set to have his last day in office on Tuesday.

A source close to the Premier League of Swaziland (PLS) disclosed that Mazibuko, whose current contract expires next week, will not renew it.
“He believes that he has served his time but everything will rest with the executive committee,” the source disclosed.

Mazibuko, when called for comment refused to comment on the issue, which he said was handled by the executive committee. The issue, it was said, was being handled by executive committee member Sicelo Mkhonta, who could only say they were still discussing it.

“It is true that I was tasked to handle it, but I have not yet reported to the chairman. We will disclose to the media when everything has been finalised,” Mkhonta said.
Mazibuko joined the organisation two years ago, replacing Nqobile Magagula who joined SPTC.
