MBABANE – For the first time in history, the country will be represented by eight juniors in the FIM Africa Motocross of African Nations.

The event will take place at Donnybrook Raceway in Harare, Zimbabwe on Saturday and Sunday. The squad comprises Seth Young, Timo Toepfer, Vaughn Sales, Blake Young, Dylan Kirk, Callum Mathews, Shauen Mamba and Caleb Young.

Motocross’s Serica Sales announced this yesterday. She said the team was ready for action as final preparations have been made before they depart this week for Zimbabwe.

“The riders have been training very hard and giving it their all since they received the confirmation of their participation as this will be the first time Swaziland is sending a team to partake in this annual event, which has seen Africa’s top riders competing for the title of African Motocross Champion,” she said.
