MBABANE – Utility player Mandla Palma is the only change in the Sihlangu squad that has travelled to Angola.

Sihlangu head coach Harries ‘Madze’ Bulunga has kept faith in the squad that played in the COSAFA Cup in Rustenburg, South Africa, Guinea in Casablanca, Morocco and in the last clash against Angola, which was played at Somhlolo National Stadium.

Palma has replaced defender Phumlani Dlamini who asked to be excused from the squad’s full time camp due to personal problems.
The squad was last night expected to arrive in Angola for the CHAN second leg clash against the hosts.

The game will be played tomorrow.
Leading the travelling delegation is Hhohho Regional Football Association (HRFA) Chairman and National Football Association of Swaziland (NFAS) executive member Dr Comfort Shongwe. The nation’s pride will tomorrow attempt to do what has never been achieved – beat Angola.

The best Sihlangu has done against the Angolans is a draw. In 12 official meetings between the two countries, Angola has managed eight victories, with four games ending in stalemates. Sihlangu needs any kind of win to advance to the next round of the CHAN competition after the first leg’s 2-2 result.

The travellers can also advance in the event they draw the game 3-3 or with more goals.
