MBABANE – A clash of the titans it is as star-studded and top three sides Way Inn and Super Eagles go head-to-head this weekend in the Manzini Regional Pool Association (MRPA) Pool League.

The pressure is on leaders Super Eagles who know that losing this match on Sunday at Macembe could cost them the summit, which, if it happens, getting back to it will prove very difficult given the quality their third-placed rivals this weekend have as well as second-placed Jay Zee, who are the defending champions.

In fact, Jay Zee are likely to go top with a win of their own at Figaredo in the event Eagles lose their match to Way Inn, who welcome their visitors high in confidence following their Jay Zee Easter Knockout tournament success. Then their players Themba Mhlanga, Zweli ‘Siziba’ Dlamini and Bongani Mdziniso all had a good PDX Singles tournament last weekend finishing in the top four and top six respectively.

Way Inn will also boast they have beaten Eagles before and have a strong belief they will do it again. What with stars like former Jay Zee’s David Masuku and Prince Sibeko adding up to the already mentioned names above. But Eagles also have their own top names in the likes of youngster Eddie Mkhonta, veteran Nathi Hleta and Zweli ‘Zosh’ Hlatshwako to name a few.
