MBABANE – It’s E30 to watch South Africa’s ABSA Premiership side AmaZulu play two friendly games against CAF representatives Royal Leopard and Mbabane Swallows.

The international friendly matches will be played at Somhlolo National Stadium tomorrow. CAF Confederations Cup representatives Leopard will play first at 6pm before Swallows take on the Durban-based ensemble at 8pm.

In a joint press conference yesterday, Leopard’s Mxolisi Dlamini said the E30 is a contribution that can be made by fans to both teams as they were now representing the country in the CAF games. “We invite the soccer loving fraternity to come in numbers to support the two teams as they were now representing the country. This stage is above club level and we need to come together as a country and support each other,” he said.

Dlamini said it was expensive to host a club like Amazulu but they decided to charge a fair entry fee. He said they were happy with their relationship with Swallows. He said hosting AmaZulu together was going to give them good practice and save costs. “This is a chance for the fans to come and see how prepared we are for the CAF games to be played in two weeks time.

The fans have been all along questioning how well the preparations have been going and now it is their chance to see the team,” he said. Dlamini said they will not just be participating in the CAF competition but competing for honours. He said both teams have the chance of making it to the second stage of the tournament.
