MBABANE – Eight teams from Hlatsi Zonal League will have a Merry Christmas as they will receive a set of umbro soccer kits from Umbro South Africa.

The teams will have a chance of using their new kits during a tournament to be held in partnership with Umbro South Africa, Abel Sibandze and Maxi Music in honour of the late Mbabane Swallows and Mhlume FC player Mduduzi ‘16 Valve’ Dludlu.

The teams are Black Aces, Ngololweni, Professional, Dangerous Boys, Green Mamba, Dalom Kids, RDA and Sandleni Aces.
The deal will also benefit a legends’ team that will feature during a tournament scheduled for Christmas and Boxing Day.

The tournament was announced by Chairman and former Moneni Pirates Manager Twoman Masuku on Wednesday. He said the finalists would be lucky as they will also be presented with extra kits.

“The tournament will be played at Sandleni sports ground. The tournament is honoured in respect of the late former Mbabane Swallows and Mhlume FC played who hails from Hlatsi,” he said.
Abel Sibandze who had partnered with Umbro South Africa said he was happy that finally the youth from Hlatsi will benefit and have something to keep them busy during the festive holidays.

“I also come from Hlatsi with the late Mduduzi Dludlu. He was among the successful people in the area. He played football at the highest level in the country and he also attended school. He was able to achieve both football and education. We hope such things will encourage the youth in area to also work hard and achieve in life whatever the circumstances,” he said.
