MBABANE – Assistant Master of the High Court Cebile Ngwenya has been found in bed with Matsanjeni North Member of Parliament Phila Buthelezi.
The married MP was busted by a team from Zwemart Private Investigators last Monday.

Pictures and video clips of the two have since been presented to a minister, known to the Times Investigations Desk, who had hired the private investigators (PIs).This publication is in possession of the video clips and pictures.
The Times has established that some members of the Zwemart Private Investigators team were last Friday arrested and charged for invasion of privacy. Director of Zwemart Private Investigators Zweli Martin Dlamini and four of his staffers, Mancoba Nyamane (Senior Investigator), Nobantu and Siphiwe (both Dlamini)  were charged and later released  after  Ngwenya and Buthelezi opened a case stating that the investigators broke into a government house at night and took pictures –  thus invading their privacy.

Though the matter was reported at the Siteki Police Station, it was transferred to the Mbabane Police Station where the investigators were eventually charged. Police confirmed that both Ngwenya and MP Buthelezi have recorded statements against Zwemart investigators.
Ngwenya, on Sunday, confirmed that she opened a case against Zwemart Private Investigators. She said this was after the investigators broke into her house and harassed her.

“What I know is that there was a break-in at my house and that I reported the matter to the police,” she said.  Asked about the pictures taken by the private investigators, Ngwenya said; “I can’t say anything about the pictures, police will have to answer on that one. The matter is with the police,” Ngwenya insisted that she opened a housebreaking case with the police.
“They broke the window to gain entry. However, they took nothing,” she said.

She could not confirm whether she was with Buthelezi. She said she did not know what Buthelezi recorded in the police statement.
“It doesn’t matter who was in the house, whether a friend, relative or my children,” she said.
“Bagcekeza babulala lifasitelo lahulumende bangena endlini yami lenginikwetwe ngu hulumende yona ngingakabavumeli, benta lalabakwenta and the different harassment that they did in my house. It’s my private place. Bangi harasa in my own place, I don’t know whether private investigators are allowed to do that,” she said.
“There is nothing I can say about Mr Buthelezi now except that my house was broken into. The matter is with the police now,” Ngwenya said.

I do not encourage adultery as the article sounds, my argument though is the issue of breaking in someone's apartment, whether they were cheating or what atleast they respected the public and they did it in their private room. Anyway its news to us so News are news, 20% of news is informative 80% of them is destructive and sometimes character assassinating. Namhla ngimi kusasa NGUWE as Donny Ngwenyama sings.

What they did is very wrong. They can follow a person, take pictures as proof but they shouldn't break into houses. I'm just wondering if either of the two victims is married and who hired the private investigators? The said "minister" in possession of the pictures and videos ngabe yena ungena kuphi in the equation? Let people's private lives be private!!!

Is the MP not married or just paid the pride? I thought I read something like that somewhere not very long ago. So, if that's the case, how can he betray his wife by sleeping with someone else?

Why is Cebile not telling us the other side of the story, instead she only emphasises on a beak in. Shame on them for their act!!!
