NKANDLA – South Africa President Jacob Zuma said his family loved Swazi women and promised that they would be fetching more wives from the kingdom.

He described Swazi women as being beautiful and respectful.
The president said this when addressing the Swazi bridal entourage in a closed farewell meeting on Sunday night after the traditional wedding of his nephew Khulubuse and Princess Fikisiwe.

“The Zumas and Zulu clan as a whole  love you Swazis, proof of this is that King Goodwill Zwelithini  also married two beautiful women from Swaziland and I prophecy that we are coming for more,” Zuma said.
He mentioned that he would now expect to be recognised as an in-law to the Swazi nation and that all border posts personnel would have to treat him well as an in-law when crossing into the country.

Zuma, in his address, expressed his fascination with the respect shown by the Swazi entourage during the event.
“Everyone whom I conversed with marvelled at the beauty of EmaSwazi and also spoke of how respectful they are,” he told the Swazi delegation.
He thanked the about 500-member delegation for helping the Zuma family grow its heritage by bringing them a wife.

“We thank His Majesty King Mswati III for letting you come here,” Zuma said.
The president mentioned that the wedding between his nephew and Princess Fikisiwe was proof enough that indeed the Zulu and Swazi nations were forging ties.

“The Zumas were blessed by the presence of two royal families during the traditional wedding as even Undlunkulu  Manftombi and  LaMafu came to  the event in which Emakhosikati to His Majesty, LaMotsa and LaNtentesa were present.

They were seen joining the umtsimba and dancing with them in the arena illustrating strong unity and family ties,” Zuma said.
He assured the Swazi delegation that Princess Fikisiwe would be well loved and taken care of by the Zuma family as the men had no history of abusing their women.
