1-YR-OLD YOUNGEST PATIENT

MBABANE – Patients who have recovered from the coronavirus now stand at 87 in the country.
However, a one-year old has tested positive for COVID-19.

This reflects that there have been an additional nine recoveries to the 78 confirmed on Monday.
Overall, there are 208 people who have tested positive for COVID-19 in the country. Three more cases were announced yesterday.
Health Minister Lizzie Nkosi stated that there were 88 results received yesterday and 85 were negative.

Of the new positive cases announced yesterday. Two are from the Manzini Region while one is from the Shiselweni Region. Two are males, one from each region, and the other is a female from Manzini. 

The female is a one-year old and is the youngest since the first case was reported in the country.
The case from the Shiselweni Region on the other hand is a 75-year-old male and is the third to be in the age bracket of 70 years and above.
While there are 87 recoveries, the total number of positive cases is 119 while deaths are only two.
