MBABANE – Help find these men! The Royal Eswatini Police Service (REPS) is requesting the public to assist them in locating six people who are wanted in connection with a series of robberies carried out in Manzini, Matsapha, Malkerns and Lobamba.

Even though exact dates of the robberies were not stated, it should be noted that the country has witnessed a rise in crime in the past few weeks.
For the month of June alone, there have been over 30 crime incidents which have been reported to the police.

Recent robbery cases that have been reported by this publication, include one where a spaza shop was robbed and the assailants got away with E2 500 around March in Msunduza.

Another recent case was reported to have occurred early this month, where Puma Filling Station in Manzini was robbed of E80 000 by armed men and were suspected to have gotten away with E10 000 at a different place. Also, at Ngwane Poultry, which is located in Manzini, robbers attacked and went off with E15 000.

Furthermore, a man posing as a worshipper at Zakhele Free Evangelical Assemblies stole car keys, a vehicle and cellphones from other congregants and the incident occurred last week.

However, this is not to suggest that the wanted men are related to the mentioned crimes.
