INKHOSIKATI LANTENTESA GETS HER DIPLOMA

MATSAPHA – Inkhosikati LaNtentesa has been conferred with a Diploma in Human Resources Management and she is determined to obtain an MBA by 2020.

The Inkhosikati received her accolade and conferment yesterday at the Institute of Development Management (IDM).
After being conferred with the diploma, the Inkhosikati said she was already busy with her Degree in Human Resources Management at the same institution and she has set a goal of obtaining an MBA by 2020.

She said everyone would recall that by year 2022, the country was expected to be in the top 10 of the medium Human Development Group of Countries founded on sustainable economic development, social and political stability.

According to the Inkhosikati, this vision would be attainable if vibrant economy and human and social development dimensions were taken care of. She said it was within the capacity of the nation to ensure that conditions necessary for achieving the vision were satisfied.
“I have worked hard to align myself with the country’s vision and my work did not go to waste,” the Inkhosikati said.

She said this diploma was not the end of her journey but it was instead a part of the larger ride of her life.
“Life is a journey and all accomplishments I have achieved during this course should be taken as a starting point of future achievements. This means that this graduation serves as a launching point, projecting to my future academic achievements,” she said.

On another note, the Inkhosikati said she was convinced that knowledge is power to overcome the past, change the situation, fight new obstacles and make better decisions.
