Samkelisiwe Mumu Mwelase who is affectionately known as Samke has a huge following on social media, particularly Instagram. She is not shy to flaunt her curves as a well-structured women with that much envied hour glass frame.
The woman who is in her 20s hails from Mhlume and is currently working on building a career in Medical Laboratory Science, which is a course she is studying at the Christian University.

Speaking about embracing her curves and taking care of her body, Samke tells GCWALA that she tries to  diet to maintain her curves but admits to being lazy to workout, hence she is not a fan of the gym.
Speaking about sex appeal, she tells us that it is a relative thing as it depends on individual taste, hence some people find model type bodies more attractive while others like to be a little thicker.
“These days size doesn’t really matter because we get the same opportunities big or small it just depends if you are able to do something or not.”

Speaking about her sense of style, which catches the eyes of fashion lovers on her social media pages, she says that she is not a one trick pony, hence her sense of style is versatile.
“My style can be popping, sometimes sassy, or it can be really clean. It all depends on what I am feeling in that moment. Style is not about sticking to one boring look but rather exploring and having fun with your looks.”
This is what Samke believes makes being a woman fun because women can play around with their look more.

The young lady from the sugar belt is passionate about her studies but when her head is not buried in books, she does part-time event hosting, particularly being a programme director at functions.
Samke tells GCWALA that she was born to be on stage and enjoys doing that whenever the opportunity avails itself.

Having the massive following that she has she also helps brands promote their merchandise.
“I usually wear the clothing and post pictures of the outfits on Instagram and because I have so many followers the brands then garner interest from my followers.”
The young lady is making her name known slowly but surely, as recently, she struck a deal with a beauty parlour called Glamourize Beauty Clinic to also help them market their beauty parlour
Her calendar is full with activities as she is also currently in talks with one popular energy drink brand on having a photoshoot with them to market the brand.

“I am also joining World Ventures SA because I am in love with travelling and it offers wholesale travelling and other benefits, so yeah I can’t wait to explore the world.”
Samke believes that with social media ever changing, it now avails a free platform to self-brand and market products. Lifestyle pages are fast taking over social media as information is easily accessible and rating how well received your product is simply determined by how many people follow the page and spread the word through reviews on the page.
