The businessman is said to have been sitting behind the wheel of his tractor at the complex when the incident occured. According to eyewitnesses, the man allegedly shoved Kirk and demanded that he hand over his money, while threateningly advancing with the intention of assaulting the elderly businessman.

“It took the quick intervention of the security officers around the complex, who rushed to assist their employer, before assaulting the man who was screaming blue murder and hurling expletives, while manhandling Kirk,” well-placed sources alleged.
