AKA SETS THE BUSH ON FIRE

MALKERNS – South Africa’s top hip-hop artist AKA left over 10 000 music lovers wanting more during the first day of the MTN Bushfire Festival.

Despite the chilly weather, music lovers made sure they packed the House on Fire lawn as they danced throughout the night.
The award-winning artist, real name Kiernan Jarryd Forbes, took to the stage at exactly 1am, performing for an hour.

His set was just amazing as he kept the thousands of music lovers dancing the morning away.
He rendered some of his popular songs, which include the hit ‘Stones’, which was among his hit songs of the night.
As he performed, he danced along with the fans, thereby giving out his best. As soon as AKA took to the stage, fun lovers got close as they wanted to dance.

They danced along with their icon throughout his sterling performance.
He interacted with his fans as he called them up to the stage to sing along with him, something that impressed the revellers.
By the time he finished performing, music lovers still wanted more from him.

He mentioned that he was humbled to be invited by the festival organisers.
The artist said performing at the MTN Bushfire’s main stage was an experience which he would never forget. He hopes to get another chance to return to Swaziland as he noted that he had a lot of fans in the kingdom.
