2 PUPILS KISS, FONDLE, PUNISHED

The Mbuluzi High school pupil punished for kissing within the school premises.

MBULUZI- A male Form V pupil (18) and a female Form II pupil (16) were last week caught fondling each other within the school premises at Mbuluzi High School.

The love birds were caught kissing and fondling each other by fellow pupils who raised an alarm.
The school is located about six kilometres from Mbabane. The male Form V pupil has missed class for the past two weeks as he has been punished with manual work.

He has been ordered to dig up a gum tree stump.
When the Swazi News journalist visted the school, he was still digging the stump which was over one metre tall in height.
It looks like he will spend more time outside the classroom as he has been told to get to the bottom of the gum tree and remove the stump.
The pupil was found digging the gum tree stumps while wearing casual clothes.

The pupils who allegedly witnessed the kissing and fondling episode are said to have rushed to the Head teacher, Themba Shabangu, and reported the matter.

This allegedly occurred after school hours. Parents of the pupils were summoned.
The Form II female schoolgirl who was caught kissing and fondling with the Form V boy has also been punished with manual work of cleaning the classroom floor.

The Head teacher, Shabangu, said they punished a total of three pupils with manual work due to cases of marula and kissing which occurred  within  the school. Shabangu said: “We have punished the two pupils after they were caught kissing and fondling each other within the school yard.”
