MBABANE – The disclosure of unethical behaviour of recording conversations without notice has been labelled as Satan’s work.

Last week Registrar of the High Court Fikile Nhlabatsi issued a press statement where she narrated how they recorded all conversations that the Prime Minister (PM) Sibusiso Dlamini had with Chief Justice Michael Ramodibedi.
The prime minister said he suspected the judicial officers were not aware that in the statemen

t they had mentioned a clause that would reveal unethical behaviour.
“Kusho kutsi nje naleyo yaphuma ngesisini,” he said, meaning leaking this was an oversight on their part.
Dlamini said this was common when with someone who was being used by the devil.

Working

“If you are working for Satan some things just slip off and you become exposed at some point. Sathane uyabese ukwenekela lilanga, angasekho yena kantsi benisebenta kanyakanye.”

“What they did was ethically wrong and it borders on illegality.”
He said he would not expect this to be done by a person whom the Constitution dictated must be of high integrity as a major qualification besides their education.

The PM said a person in this position goes through training on ethics and he was sure they were aware of what was expected and what was not expected of them.
