I RAPE CHILDREN IN MY AREA - 7-YEAR-OLD BOY

MANKAYANE – A seven-year-old boy claims to be sexually active and alleges that he has raped some children in his area.

Mxolisi* said he waits for other children on their way from school, then rapes them, if they refuse to have sexual intercourse with him.
He said he had been banned from visiting certain homesteads in his area because he had raped some of their children.

He also explained the difference between consensual sexual intercourse and rape by saying rape was forced.
Some of the explicit things said by the boy cannot be repeated in this newspaper.

“I wait for them to return from school then undress them and have my way with them before letting them go. If they refuse, I hold them forcefully.

“Most of the girls are from my school and I wait for them when it is time to return home,” he said.
The child explicitly explained how people had sexual intercourse and said he also did the same.

He alleged that he learnt this after watching his mother and her boyfriend while they thought he was asleep.
He even made hand gestures to show how sexual intercourse occurs.
He even went on to explain how he got sexually excited.
He pointed at a tree in the area and said he had raped one of his neighbour’s daughters under it.
He said he waited near a forest and then grabbed the children he wanted to have sexual intercourse with on the day.
Mxolisi explained that he first undresses the girl, then himself, before raping them. He said when an adult approached him, he took the girls into the forest.
