‘RACIST’ BOSS POURS CHEMICAL ON EMPLOYEE

A degreaser similar to the one the manager allegedly poured on Malinga.

MATSAPHA – A white man is being accused of a racially fuelled attack after he poured a chemical on a junior employee and made racist remarks in the process.

The attacker is a senior member of staff at the Matsapha based construction company. The name of the company and manager will not be named for now until the manager is formally charged.

The attack, according to the employee who was doused with the chemical, came after the white boss had his clothes wet by water as the employee sprayed an escavator with a water pipe.
Silva Mfanukhona Malinga, 20, suffered multiple wounds on his private parts, and legs because of the chemical, which he claimed is a degreasing solution.

The survivor reported the case to the Malkerns police station but no action has been taken by the police against the manager.
Malinga’s construction company is led by Trevor Mlotshwa.
Mlotshwa confirmed the matter in an interview.

He said, “I was informed by the worker that he was doused with the chemical by one of the managers who is in charge of the mechanic department. I cannot go into detail about the case as it is handled by seniors.”

Malinga has said he was racially abused by the manager. “I was working in the workshop before the assault incident where I was poured with a chemical on my private parts by my supervisor”.

“The supervisor told me in the face that he hates black people and each time he sees them he felt like vomiting. He made these statements after I told him that I had suffered injuries on my manhood, testicles and buttocks because of the chemical,” he said.
