Melody is yet to file her responding court papers.
These allegations are contained in court papers whose veracity is yet to be proved by a court of law.

He claimed Melody proposed to him and tricked him into an adulterous affair.
Thokozani said she never revealed to him prior to the marriage that she was still legally married to the two men.
Melody first married one Gcina Shabangu of KaNdinda, an area under the Manzini district, through Civil Rites and in community of property in the year 2001.
She allegedly gave birth to a third child around August 30, 2002.
The second marriage was in 2005. she wedded one Ndumiso Dvungadvunga Mtsetfwa through Swazi Law and custom and the marriage still subsists.
In September 22, 2014, at the High Praise Assembly in Nhlangano Melody secretly married Thokozani Bheki Mthethwa.
