Sir,

Reference is made to the letter written by Makhosini P. Makhubu, titled ‘Defeat for progressives?’ in the Times of Swaziland dated April 24, 2012.

I don’t know where to start. You think people living with disabilities and the general public are fools?

Your submission was personal and should not have been in the name of Fodswa. You should be ashamed of signing yourself ‘president  Fodswa’.

The Federation of the Disabled in Swaziland - who is Fodswa? Does Fodswa still exist?

Where are the other organi-sations for people living with disabilities?

I must tell you that you have failed the people living with disabilities in the whole country because you are struggling.

If it wasn’t for the organisations for people living with disabilities, you would struggle to feed yourself, your wives and children.

What are you in these associations and organistions? What have you done?

The Swaziland National Association of the Deaf - SND? What have you done? Except for teaching sign language to benefit you and your family.

Disabled

The Association of Sports for Disabled People, what have you done? Let me know soon. The Swaziland National Association of the Physically Disabled persons SNAPDP, again, what have you done?

Except for telling people that the person who was leading the association in the past was sleeping on the job, while the car you are leasing out, the desks that are at your Fodswa offices and the computers there were received through that person.

The Swaziland Association of The Visually Impaired Persons- SAVIP. What have you done? Parents of Children with Disabilities in Swaziland - PCDSWA. What have you done? Does it still exist?

The Fodswa women’s wing. What have you done but caused fights and confusion? Where are the women living with disabilities in the country? Please give us a break.

The disability movement’s agenda is straightforward and you have failed. Try the Tinkhundla one for the money, but don’t bring confusion to disability. Leave Fodswa and the rest of the disability movement.

Disgusted disabled person,

Manzini
