Sir,

This letter is in response to an article that appeared in one of your publications dated February 2, 2019. First of all, Jesus prophesied that; “Then they will deliver you up to tribulation, arrested, persecuted and put to death, and you will be hated by all nations for my name’s sake.

For Prophet Bushiri to live in Christ, for him to die is gain, he is ready and as Christians of the ECG family, we are ready receive any names from the whole world. We are ready to suffer death for the sake of the word of God. As an ECG member, I say, and being confident of this, my spiritual father will preach the word of God, testify on it and speak about it without any compromise.

During the times of our Lord Jesus, people didn’t believe that He was carrying a certain anointing from God but only those who were enlightened and realised that He was sent by God were saved and followed him.
I am talking about people who claimed to be children of God; priests and bishops who were rejecting Him and we are seeing this happening even in this generation.

For the prophet of God and our mum in the Lord to live is the power of God not for men.
The word of God is our power and our strength. Prophet Bushiri is commissioned to tell the world about Jesus Christ and he speaks on behalf of God. And as the ECG family we are persuaded  and he who began a good works with the prophet, will carry it on until the day of Jesus Christ. The whole world must know that the prophet and the ECG family (Christians) are unshakable, unstoppable, unmovable and unchangeable. We fear no evil and we will continue to stick to the word of God.

Accepted

I accepted Jesus Christ into my life because of Prophet Bushiri’s teachings, so no one will change my or our decision to follow Christ and remain with the prophet of God and we will never worship Prophet Shepherd Bushiri, as some people think, but worship Jesus Christ of Nazareth.
The scripture, in Luke 6: 22, says; “Blessed are you when people hate you, when they exclude you and insult you; reject your name as evil, because of the Son of Man. Rejoice in that day and leap for joy, because great is your reward in heaven. For that is how their ancestors treated the prophets.”

Luke 6: 37 says; “Do not judge, and you will not be judged. Do not condemn, and you will not be condemned.” People can say anything about us or the prophet but the word will remain saying; “woe to you, because you build tombs for the prophets, and it was your ancestors who killed them. So you testify that you approve of what your ancestors did; they killed the prophets, and you build their tombs.”

Because of this, God, in His wisdom, said; “I will send them prophets and apostles, some of whom they will kill and others the will persecute.”
Therefore this generation will be held responsible for the blood of all the prophets that has been shed since the beginning of the world, from the blood of Abel to the blood of Zechariah, who was killed between the altar and the sanctuary.
