If you care about others, kindly pass this message to those who are important to you. At least 56 girls died because of using sanitary pads of a certain kind.
Do not use one single pad for the whole day because of the chemical used in ultra napkins, which converts liquid into gel.
It causes cancer in the bladder and the uterus.

So, please try to use cotton-made pads and if you are using ultra pads, please change it within five hours, at least.
If the time  is  prolonged  the  blood  becomes  green &  the  fungus  formed  gets inside  the  uterus and body.
Please do not feel  shy to  forward  this  message to all  girls and  even boys, so  that  they  can  share  with  their wives  and friends.
Also, to get rid of breast cancer, nurse your baby, wash your bra daily.

Avoid black bras in summer and do not wear a bra while sleeping.
Do not wear an underwire bra very often.

Always cover your chest completely with a scarf when you are under the sun. Always use a deodorant, not spray.
Awareness is important; I care for you. Please do not hesitate to inform other females. It all starts with you.
