MBABANE – Swazi international, Dennis ‘Yuki’ Masina will finally sign  his two-year contract with Orlando Pirates tomorrow, which will see the midfield-cum-striker, netting E28 000 monthly salary, the Times Sunday Sports Desk has gathered.

Masina will further receive signing on fees reported to be over E300 000.
According to an informed source, the delay in signing Masina’s contract was due to the negotiations on his personal terms as Pirates and his former club, SuperSport United had long agreed on a swap deal with Rudzani Ramadzuli crossing over to the Tshwane side.

“It’s a done deal now, he will sign tomorrow. It’s a big step for Masina,” our informed source at Pirates said. Reached for comment, Masina also confirmed that he will be signing his contract with Pirates tomorrow but he flatly denied to confirm the figures involved. “Yes, Floyd called me and we are meeting on Monday to sign everything.

I am glad this issue is finally over and I can concentrate on playing for Pirates,” Masina said. Masina explained that he is yet to make his debut for Pirates because the coach, Rudolf Krol told him he was not 100 per cent fit. “I have been training with Pirates for two weeks now and the coach told me he would like to play me but I am not fit yet. I also agree that my level of fitness is still not up to standard,” Masina said. He also revealed that he has been given special training to help him come quickly to the required fitness level.

“I should be ready to play in the Telecom Charity Cup because I am training hard and coming up well. I can’t wait to don the Pirates jersey,” Masina said. The Sihlangu midfielder has been handed jersey 9 at Pirates.
