MBABANE- Ambitious security forces ensemble Young Buffaloes have announced major changes in the management committee (MC) that have seen head coach Zenzele ‘Ace’ Dlamini becoming Managing Director.

The changes are with immediate effect and will be in place for the remainder of the season. New team Information and Publicity Manager Alex Maphosa who has replaced former Public Relations Officer Sandile Gwebu, in a statement, made the announcement, saying the towering mentor would be assisted by Jabulani Mlambo.

Assistant coach Dominic Kunene will head the technical department.

Quizzed on the changes, Maphosa said the erstwhile MC members were re-deployed to other posts, which necessitated the changes.

"Dlamini has been given the aforementioned role for now and will assist the junior squads. Kunene will be in charge of the team at the moment. We will issue a statement in case of other changes," he said.

Also in the five-member committee is Mbuso Dlamini who is the new Economics and Finance Manager.

In the statement copied to Premier League of Swaziland (PLS), Maphosa apologised for the inconvenience.

"The office of Young Buffaloes do hereby submit the newly appointed MC for the remainder of the 2011/12 season," reads the statement.

It is believed the changes might open doors for senior players who include former skipper Zweli ‘Stopper’ Msibi to join the technical bench. The latter was on the bench in the 2-4 loss to Royal Leopard in a league match last week.
