The 5km run time trials are held at the Ezulwini Sun every Tuesday afternoon.  Start time is 5:45 all weather conditions.

All runners and walkers are welcome and you don’t have to belong to a club to participate.  Junior runners are also invited to partake in the fun run, whose aim is to develop junior athletes.

Some of the Swazi Slojos club members ran the Kosmos 3 in 1 over the weekend - Dudu Dlamini and Thulani Shabangu both did all three events on one day. Lynne Taylor finished the 42.2km Postnet marathon in Pietermaritzburg, South Africa.

Some runners will be competing in the 21.1km and 42.2Km marathons at Elandsvalley and Standerton over the weekend.
