Yesterday, the South Africans appeared before Magistrate Phathaphatha Mdluli at an almost empty Matsapha Magistrate Court which is situated at Sigodvweni Police Station.

They were represented by Sifiso Jele from Mabila Attorneys. In a court appearance that lasted for less than five minutes, Magistrate Mdluli remanded the suspects back into custody until Wednesday pending their application for bail.
