Incest dad arrested

NHLANGANO-The man alleged to have sexually abused and impregnated two of his daughters and his niece has been arrested.

*Sipho Dube (58) of Hlathikhulu was arrested on Tuesday by the Manzini and Hlathikhulu police.
This comes after DNA tests from South Africa returned over the past weekend and confirmed that he fathered children with the girls.

Police Deputy Public Relations Officer Assistant Superintendent Wendy Hleta confirmed the report and said the incest case against Dube would soon be heard by a magistrate either in Manzini or Nhlangano.

Hleta said Dube was currently out on bail and the police are  waiting for the courts to avail a trial date.
Dube is alleged to have committed his misdemeanors on the children while their mothers were asleep. He would allegedly give the children money after every session for them not to expose him.

The ‘incest man’ is alleged to have offered money to one of his daughters to commit an abortion after the news was relayed to him that she was pregnant and further threatened to kill her if she dared drag his name into the matter.
It was gathered that the Deputy Prime Minister (DPM), Themba Masuku, was greatly touched when he learnt about the incest case from our sister newspaper Times Sunday such that he ordered the matter to be probed and the man arrested for his act.
