Sir,
I would love to commend the youth, especially those in tertiary institutions for the great era they have brought about. If the country goes to the dogs as it is, it’s their baby.
They are the ones who will be left to pickup the pieces when these folks who are messing it up die, because they will. Therefore, what they have started, they must not back down before there is change. You guys have utterly nothing to lose for fighting for a change.
We would all like to be part of that change and we will do whatever it takes to support you, one way or the next.
Educated
You will keep quiet and not fight for change and when you are done with school, you join the throngs of unemployed out here. What is the use? Out here is a bunch of educated people who can’t find jobs manje ningatsi nincengani?
Our neighbor is thriving and its politics are on the table, for the media and everyone to have a say on, because of youths that agreed to take to the streets and never to backdown, no matter the ridicule from police etc.
Police too are people and most of them (we have friends, we know) can’t wait for that change either. They are just employees just like everyone but they hate the way that things are going. Forward ever ke majaha!
It’s time you shake things up. Don’t worry about being victimised, that is just a part of it. Some of you would have to die and be jailed but that’s just how it goes.
Yindzaba yemadzela kufa le hhay bo-bobo! You must know that the king might also want to help you, he is not the problem but the people working for him. You must know that most of you, nifundzela lite.
There are no jobs out here. Big companies are closing down. There isn’t much to lose, anymore anyway. But it’s up to you whether you are just taking chances or you know what you are doing. Nayekela manj, you will never be taken seriuosly, ever.
Anon.
