Times Of Swaziland: Spoko' was my best player ever- Rautmann Spoko' was my best player ever- Rautmann ================================================================================ BHEKISISA MAGONGO on 26/11/2010 00:00:00 MBABANE – South Africa based former Mbabane Swallows caretaker coach Walter Rautmann has described Sibusiso ‘Spoko’ Dlamini as the best player he has ever coached. ‘Mr Fitness’ as the coach is affectionately known, was at the helm of Black Leopards in 2003 when the former Sihlangu forward dazzled the opposition. From there he earned a big money move to Kaizer Chiefs after the Venda based side beat the Soweto giants 3-0 in a bid to cheat the axe that season. Rautmann featured in Soccer Laduma weekly column Still In Touch where he named the forgotten Royal Leopards forward as his best ever player in his coaching career. The experienced mentor started coaching in South Africa in the 1970s where he was at the helm of fallen Soweto giants Moroka Swallows among the list of teams he has coached. Dlamini, who won the 2003/04 league with Kaizer Chiefs was at one time mentioned at the same breath as the likes of Absalom ‘Scara’ Thindwa following his exploits at both Black Leopards and Kaizer Chiefs.
