‘XAVI’ BACK AT GREEN MAMBA

MBABANE – Green Mamba are set to unleash Mthunzi ‘Xavi’ Mkhontfo tomorrow.
The former AS Vita player has bounced back to the green and white ensemble after
his deal to Stellenbosch did not work out due work permit challenges.
The player has missed out on Green Mamba’s CAF Champions League matches
against Zesco United and the Manzini Wanderers league clash.
“Following what happened regarding the player’s move to Stellenbosch Fc; he
will be registered and will be available for selection for the coming game. He
has committed himself to the team this season and he is looking positive at
training. When any opportunity knocks for him in future we shall take it from
there,” Phakathi said
Efforts to get comments from the player proved futile as his mobile phone rang
unanswered when called several times yesterday.
The MTN League champions will square up with Tambuti.The game will be played at
Somhlolo National Stadium and kick-off time is 6:30pm.
