ALLY GETS WORK PERMIT

MBABANE – He is now officially eligible to work for Mbabane Highlanders.
This follows the Mbabane Highlanders’ South African director Ally Kgomongwe
getting his Eswatini work permit last Friday.
As a foreign investor in the country’s football, he ought to have the work
permit.
It was established last Saturday that Kgomongwe had the document handed over to
him by one of the Management Committee (MC) officials.
This took place at the Royal Swazi Sun Hotel and Casino in Ezulwini.
The club’s Head of Communications and Secretariat Gcina Dlamini confirmed
their new director was now fully eligible to operate in the country as a Mbabane
Highlanders managing director.
“Yes, he has a year working permit in the kingdom. Ally is responsible for a
big team, he can’t operate in a brief case,” he said.

No immediate comment could be obtained from Kgomongwe but it is also understood
he was currently looking for full-time accommodation to use whenever he was
around.
He has signed a five-year contract with Highlanders as its sole director.
Meanwhile, the South African politician and businessman, as well as ABC Motsepe
League side, Ally’s Tigers Chairman, has already done a few good things for
the club.
He got a posh clubhouse in Ezulwini’s Goje Township, paid owed players’
rents and salaries, unveiled new kits being Adidas and Joma last Saturday, among
other things.
He has set up a technical team headed by Zenzele ‘Ace’ Dlamini as Technical
Director and threw a big party with the supporters, players, patrons, Eswatini
Football Association (EFA) and Premier League of Eswatini (PLE) all present at
Mbabane Central High School.
This was in the same event he launched the new season 2019/20 kits.
