Times Of Swaziland: DINIZE, RETHA THRILL DINIZE, RETHA THRILL ================================================================================ Ntokozo Magongo on 10/09/2018 08:47:00 CROYDON – The duo of Dinize Wilsh and Retha Harding won big after enduring 130km cycling during the MTN Khemani Classic. They were the only two ladies to compete in the 130km and Wilsh was first to cross the finish line on 4:26:19:5 hours while Harding finished after 4:28:34:0 hours. They competed with the 41 men’s cyclists. The race was held for the first time outside Mankayane. The ladies took home lucrative prizes including cash and trophies. In the 60km, the trio of Shirley Motsa, Shirley Saulus and Phephile Matsenjwa were the best as they came first, second and third respectively under the women’s category. Phephile Matsenjwa, who is also a football player said she was cycling for the first time in a competitive environment. “It feels great and it is something I will continue to do. If refreshes me and also for health purposes. I would encourage other people especially ladies to join sports and cycling is one of the choices,” she said.
