Times Of Swaziland: E66 000 UP FOR GRABS E66 000 UP FOR GRABS ================================================================================ BY ASHMOND NZIMA on 21/08/2018 02:15:00 EZULWINI – Outstanding cyclists in this year’s MTN Khemani Road Cycle Classic will get a share from a E66 000 purse. The prize money for the 2018 instalment was disclosed during the launch of the celebrated event at Mahlalekhukhwini House in Ezulwini last night. It would be a share from the E400 000 package. It takes centre stage at Croydon outside Madlengempisi on September 8, starting at 7am. The full prize breakdown will be confirmed in due course. The longest race, which was 120km long, has been stretched by 10km. The other race will be 65km long. According to details availed during the launch, seeking admission in the main race is only E250. Entry fees for the 65km event are set at E200. There is a E50 penalty for late registration. Registration opens today until September 5. Entry forms are available at Adventure Sport outlets in Manzini and Mbabane. There are free goodie bags for all entrants. Meanwhile, the race was launched before guests led by Minister of Sport, Culture and Youth Affairs representative in Undersecretary Nhlanhla Motsa. The latter highlighted that the race did not only contribute to tourism, but was providing a platform for cyclists to compete for a spot in the national team.
