Times Of Swaziland: LEOPARD TIRED OF ‘BIRDS’ DOMINANCE LEOPARD TIRED OF ‘BIRDS’ DOMINANCE ================================================================================ BY NTOKOZO MAGONGO on 22/03/2018 07:33:00 LOBAMBA – Royal Leopard believes that the Ingwenyama Cup final is the right platform to stop Mbabane Swallows dominance over them. The police ensemble has lost six consecutive games to ‘The Birds’. Leopard last beat them 3-1 in the MTN Premier League in May 2016. Leopard also lost the first edition of the tournament to Mbabane Swallows in 2016. Leopard Captain John Gama said they believed that on Sunday they would bring Swallows’ dominance to an end. “We believe we have what it takes to win the tournament. We have had enough of losing to Swallows. We are not afraid of them but respect them,” he said. Leopard Public Relations Officer (PRO) Frank Hurube said they would give Swallows a tall order and they would have to respect it. “It won’t be an easy game but we want to show the world our capabilities. They have dominated us and it’s enough now they have to follow our orders,” he said. Mbabane Swallows General Manager Sandile Zwane said it would be a tough game and Leopard players were dominated by police officers who were used in taking orders. “Ours is to give them an order and they must follow it,” he said.
