Times Of Swaziland: ‘FASH’ OFF TO MBOMBELA UTD ‘FASH’ OFF TO MBOMBELA UTD ================================================================================ BY SABELO GWEBU on 09/01/2018 01:23:00 MBABANE – Mfan’fikile ‘Fash’ Ndzimandze has finally secured his dream move to South Africa. The forward leaves this morning to put pen to paper with that country’s National First Division outfit, Mbombela United after agreeing personal terms. His transfer between the two sides, Mbabane Highlanders and Mbombela, is expected to be ironed out today when Board of Directors Chairman, Zweli Jele returns to the country. ‘Fash’ will link-up with former Matsapha United midfielder Peter ‘Touch’ Mabaso and former Moneni Pirates defender Njabulo Shongwe at the Nelspruit-based outfit. It is a dream come true for the speedy forward after his move to Richards Bay F.C. last August did not materialise. All this is happening when the player is involved in a transfer fee tug-of-war pitting current club Highlanders and former side Pirates. Pirates were reportedly formalising suspension of the striker for an owed E50 000 from his preseason transfer money. The ‘Black Bull’ were supposed to pay the full amount by December 30, 2017 but have failed to do so. Highlanders only paid E100 000 for the player and they have failed to settle the balance in the last four months or so. This is contained in the memorandum and agreement of sale of the player between the two parties, which had been annexed to court papers issued by Pirates. According to the terms and conditions of the agreement, 1.5, Pirates had the right to suspend the player or pursue other remedies if any payment does not come in, just like it had happened. “Should any of the payment be not forthcoming, Moneni Pirates Football Club will have a right to suspend the player and/ or pursue other remedies,” reads the terms and conditions of the agreement.
