Times Of Swaziland: TAMBUTI SKIPPER NGIDI, ‘RABO’, ‘CHICKEN’ AT ‘BULL’ TAMBUTI SKIPPER NGIDI, ‘RABO’, ‘CHICKEN’ AT ‘BULL’ ================================================================================ BY BHEKISISA MAGONGO on 21/07/2017 09:04:00 MBABANE – Alou Badara is sharpening his sword as he prepares the much awaited revival of fallen giants Mbabane Highlanders. The Malian-born mentor has been blessed with the final arrival of Royal Leopard duo of Mphikeleli Dlamini and Bongani ‘Chicken’ Sibandze. However, the biggest catch could be Tambuti F.C skipper Mpendulo Ngidi, who was seen at the club training base on Wednesday evening. Badara said the player was not training with them, but did not hide his admiration for the talented playmaker who was Tambuti’s vital cog in their relegation survival. “I would love to have him here, but I am not the one handling his issue. But we do have Mphikeleli and Chicken for assessment and we are happy at all the new players including Fash and Mlamuli,” he said. The coach said the team was getting into shape on time for the Charity Cup and said the mandate has always been to win a trophy this season, while improving their performance in the league. “We are planning friendly games next week, but currently we are still monitoring the new players. We are expecting two other local goalkeepers apart from Mbongeni and Mphikeleli,” he said. Royal Leopard PRO Frank Hurube, could only confirm that ‘Rabo’ and Chicken were training with the capital city giants side. “We have a long standing relationship with Highlanders and the two players are being assessed. We can only take it from there,” he said. Highlanders have since lost Sicelo ‘Junior’ Simelane who, spent the past week training with Matsapha United.
