Sports, Culture and Youth Affairs Minister David ‘Cruiser’ Ngcamphalala and some of his colleagues in Cabinet and Parliament left immediately after the fourth goal by Zambia. “There was no direction at all in this game. For now that’s all I can say,” he said. On leaving before the final whistle, he said it was the disappointment and already his Parly colleagues were already telling him to ready a report because they want answers. “The coach will give his report to the FA which will indicate if he was having problems then I will know from that report what’s happening,” he said. He said that as he was already preparing himself for his august House colleagues who made it clear they wanted him to answer on the retrogressing performance of national team. Ngcamphalala who along with his colleagues including Minister Owen Nxumalo kept shaking their heads in disbelief of what they were saying. The score was already 2-0 within 30 minutes before Zambia added two more to be in the CHAN 2019 first leg qualifier at Somhlolo National Stadium. Ngcamphalala was also confronted by fans who asked him to help the nation and bring back former coach Harries ‘Madze’ Bulunga while others told him in the face they were going to attack Pieter De Jongh after the match, which they did.
